animation team convenient location
I enjoyed the food choices. There was always something available. The animation team was great at involving everyone in activities like aqua gym and darts! I really appreciated the convenient location near the beach. It made beach trips easy. The staff was very friendly. They provided excellent service all around.

modern room walk-in shower limited food missing drawers
The room was modern and quite large. It included an excellent walk-in shower. Cleanliness was maintained daily to a very good standard. I appreciated that.
I found the food choices to be limited. The variety of food did not meet my expectations. This was a negative aspect. I also noted a lack of drawers in the bedroom. I had only a wardrobe for storage.

superb week

daily cleaning food variety lovely time
The rooms were clean and tidy.. they get cleaned everyday. the food was really good. There was a variety of food all day long. drinks were available all day until midnight. We had a lovely time. i will return.
neither request was granted on arrival. my room was very close to the hotel's bar. It is open until midnight. there is no soundproofing. I could hear those above and next door.

kind staff comfortable bedroom spacious room amazing service
I stayed for a week and found the staff very kind and helpful. anwar especially. His service was amazing. the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious with comfortable pillows. i enjoyed a restful night's sleep each night (a rare treat for me!).
the evening entertainment room was quite small. the space felt a bit cramped when many people gathered.

a wonderful getaway!

clean room happy staff drink service
I found the rooms spacious and very clean. the food available started from 10:00. The choices were limited but satisfactory. i particularly appreciated abdullah at the bar, he happily brought drinks, so i did not have to get up myself.
the beds were quite firm. it caused some discomfort.

the rooms were very clean, a detail i found particularly good. the restaurant offered spacious seating, including an outside area, really convenient.
