i found the pool area and spa particularly good. the food served in the restaurant was of good quality. parking was easy. the room was a good size.

I noticed that the cleanliness in the room needed slight improvement. I saw long dark hairs on the bathroom floor which were not ours.

wonderful family stay

sweet cart quick check-in yummy breakfast

the kids adored the pool facilities. there were awesome extras for them like a sweet cart and free meals with a paying adult. check-in was quick at 10 pm, and checkout was even faster. breakfast was yummy, the room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the shower was nice.

a decent experience

cute staff lovely room pool area outside noise insufficient curtains early awakening

The reception staff were very cute. the provided room was quite lovely. i thoroughly enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. They offered nice relaxation. the bar area was also lovely to enjoy drinks.

the windows didn't stop the noise from outside. i woke several times due to loud traffic. the curtains were also not wide enough to cover the window and block the light. i was awake early because of noise and light.

faulty alarm missing hairdryer

the staff were really cheerful always and helped us store our bikes safely.

I found no hairdryer in my room, this was a major inconvenience. the jacuzzi was not working, despite it being listed as available. I even emailed beforehand and was told it would be working. a faulty fire alarm woke us at 4am on the 27th. It was quite disruptive.

A Decent Stay

excellent service good amenity adequate breakfast dirty room late check-in pool restrictions

the staff provided excellent service. i found the gym to be a good amenity. breakfast was adequate for the price (i especially liked the croissants).

my room was not ready until 3:35 pm for check-in. the room was dirty, particularly the mattress protector. i observed restrictions for children in the pool area due to other guests using swim lanes.

fantastic stay!

helpful staff early room great swimming pool

The staff prepared our room early, letting us get ready for a wedding. a cleaning lady even sewed a tear in trousers. It was very helpful. the staff entertained the children with colouring books and juices. the kids really enjoyed the toy area. Things were much easier for us. the swimming pool was great too.

the mattress felt hard, and i weigh 75kg, causing shoulder and hip discomfort. walls are thin, i could hear loud neighbors. the bathroom bin still had toothfloss in it upon arrival.
