I found convenient parking on the premises. The gardens featured a well kept veg patch and scarecrow. I had a good-sized bedroom with a free-standing bath. The staff was efficient and cute. They ensured a smooth check-in process.
I found that the room lacked sufficient shelving and storage. It made organizing belongings a challenge.

The breakfast offered a good variety of options.
The room I stayed in had some issues. The window did not close properly, I could hear planes throughout the night. The food quality at the restaurant was disappointing. The mash tasted like it came from a supermarket, and the burger was just okay.

The pub exuded a cosy, tender atmosphere and offered really good food. The staff provided gentle, helpful assistance. No request seemed too difficult. the room and bathroom felt impeccably clean. The bed provided blissful comfort for sweet dreams. i slept soundly, nestled in soft linens.
The window in our room did not fully close. I could hear some faint sounds from outside! though it barely disturbed my sleep.

the breakfast was a real letdown. the warming trays? mostly empty. i could barely find anyone to ask for help, so getting dairy-free milk was a struggle, and they didn't even tell me what kind it was! people kept asking for bread and eggs since they ran out quickly, pretty useless.
