The pool area was clean. I also liked the changing rooms. The grounds were well kept. It was easy to exercise my dog there, a plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all my questions promptly.
The room had no printed menus for room service.

The breakfast offered a satisfying start to the day.
The room was not great. The bathroom had a rusty plughole and some hair. The toilet brush seemed dirty. I found toilet paper on it and the water at the bottom was dirty too.

the dining experience was disappointing considering the price. the evening meal lacked distinctiveness and value. i was surprised cornflakes were unavailable for breakfast and the toast bread was in a sealed hovis packaging.
