The villas offer GREAT privacy, each with a unique garden view. I had a immersive experience. The activities available at the resort are diverse, including cultural performances and yoga classes. The staff remembered my name and always greeted me warmly. I appreciate the attention to detail throughout the hotel.
The limited sunbed availability near the pool meant I sometimes had to wait. This was only a minor inconvenience though.

The villa included a marble bathtub in a separate room. I enjoyed the sound of crickets. Bedding included mosquito nets. I found them to be without any tears or stains. There was no musty smell in the room.

The check-in process was smooth. I felt the staff was helpful and courteous. I received all the information needed for a comfortable stay. Staff offered essence sticks. I thought this was a thoughtful touch.

The hotel provides a shuttle. I appreciated this convenience for accessing the city center. There is a market and exchange office nearby. I found this very convenient. The view overlooks the river. It brought immense tranquility.

i found the staff always willing to help. they was making sure i get the best of my stay. the infinity pool is perfect and breakfast includes different options for main course everyday.
the food was expensive. my partner have coeliac and there weren't much gluten free options. one time we ordered room service and both gluten free items weren't gluten free.

the staff were very attentive and gracious. they exceeded my expectations! i will definitely return. the villa was wonderful, a true authentic bali experience! santika and atika, along with their entire team, were always attentive. thank you all! much love.
the wifi was practically nonexistent! we told reception, and they provided an alternate network and password, but it was no better.

breakfast includes complete forest views! for reasons beyond the hotel's control, we arrived a day late and the hotel did not charge us for the night we missed despite the short notice, it was very kind.

the villa offers amazing views down to the valley set amongst a canopy of trees! it is a high-quality hotel with cultural design. guests experience bali style. the villa has a private swimming pool and great views.
