I really appreciated the gardens. they are first rate and so well maintained! the beach is wonderful too. It is set back away from the main road so it's quiet. i also liked that the room was super clean, it really exceeded my expectations.
the connected tv was not working when i arrived, and the staff had to fix it. the electric light in the room was too weak, and i could not see well at night. also, i was not impressed with the breakfast! no pastries were available.

the gardens are enchanting , and the pool area is serene. I particularly ENJOYED the convenience of snorkeling right off the beach. The marine life was plentiful and colorful. I saw so many different kinds of fish.
the connected tv in my room was initially not set up correctly , and i needed assistance to get it working. THE lighting in the bungalow could have been brighter , as it was difficult to see clearly at night. I had trouble to do some simple things.

This resort is beautiful and right ON the beach. The staff are helpful and friendly. Everyone wanted to ensure I had a wonderful experience. The gardener, cleaner, and driver all do their best.
the room light is WEAK. It is difficult to see what is on the table at night. My bungalow had empty space between the walls and roof. Air conditioning is not efficient because of this.

the resort facilities were of high quality and excellent value, i must admit.
The beach was not cleaned regularly. It suffered from plastic and other detritus washed up from somewhere. the swimming pool was slightly murky. steps into one pool were broken and potentially dangerous. It was a safety hazard. it was a letdown overall.
