a relaxing experience

beach location dining room balinese meal excellent team
The location right on the beach is fine. the dining room faces the beach, serving local and western dishes. i was impressed with the staff's effort to create a stage for the balinese evening. I especially liked the balinese meal served (the sate lilit was amazing!). the team were really nice too.
i found a small stain on one of the towels, but it was quickly replaced upon request.

the hotel is located in a peaceful area near the beach. the beach is quiet and clean, a perfect spot. it is easily accessible and adds to the overall tranquility of the stay.

poor towels empty waste
the location directly on the beach was acceptable. it used to be a coconut plantation (i could see the coconut trees!).
I was disappointed with the cleanliness. housekeeping needs improvement. Used plates weren't removed, and waste bins weren't emptied daily. also, the quality of the towels was surprisingly poor. i didn't expect this from such a highly-rated resort.

A good stay in West Bali

helpful staff balinese dance excellent driver beach litter towel quality housekeeping concern
I found the staff to be very helpful. The resort provided a Balinese dance night. Our driver was excellent and he made our tour of West Bali very enjoyable. I was thankful for the courteous service.
The beach was full of litter at times. I noted the towels in the room could be of better quality. Housekeeping did not always lock the door after cleaning our villa. This concerned me.
