Decent Stay, but Some Issues Noticed
stained mosquito netpoor room maintenance
The towels had an unpleasant smell, quite disappointing. The mosquito net also had stains on it. I found the room to be poorly maintained (it could use some paint) and the general sanitary spaces weren't great. Water at breakfast in the restaurant was not complimentary. It should have been free.

THE grounds were fine, and the landscaping provided complete privacy. i appreciated the shuttle service. It transported me to the town center without a fee.
The restaurant menu lacked variety. I think it limited dining choices for longer stays.

my villa featured a private pool surrounded by stone walls. there were blackout curtains and a mosquito net for good sleep. the bathroom included a separate shower and bathtub. the villa included a bar fridge.

the outdoor dining area at joglo 2 residence was amazing it was undercover but still open air the breakfast had heaps of choices i loved it the selection was huge. lunch and dinner also had good menus i thought the prices were reasonable.
i found some parts of the hotel to be a bit tatty some towels had stains some cushions needed replacing plus some areas needed redecorating. we wanted a later checkout but were refused they did not offer us anywhere to wait

the staff was friendly and helpful from arrival to departure. the food was superb. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea all tasted great. i also appreciated the quiet location close to the centre, including restaurants and shops.
The hotel is a bit worn. Stained towels and cushions along with some areas need redecorating. there was no consultation prior to spa treatments.
