breakfast included a full english option and a continental buffet. the room featured ample space and offered a garden view. the staff provided a welcome surprise of flower petals along with a chocolate treat in the room. the pool was clean.
the gym had a broken cross trainer.

the location is set in the countryside. the hotel displays an elegant appearance and is set on beautiful grounds. my room was in the annex and parking spaces were close.

The staff was consistently pleasant and helpful. I found the grounds lovely and the views nice. The leisure facilities looked good, and the main hotel building possessed the charm one expects.
The hotel's path to the rooms could be cumbersome to navigate.
