Fantastic stay, some minor hiccups

I was charmed by the location, it is great. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable which is always a plus. The restaurant had a great menu and there was a good breakfast buffet. Parking was good too and I find a great gin bar, a true delight.
My experience was almost perfect, however, I found that the television wasn't working right away, this was promptly solved.

The hotel provides parking , which adds convenience. There is a gin bar inside of the hotel. It ensures a relaxed evening without any need for further transportation around the area.

I was glad about the room. It had a shower and included other necessary things. I find that the room was quite big for a Hill Collection Double and offered a great stay.

Wonderful Richmond Stay

The staff provided very attentive service. The breakfast offered good quality food in an open room. I appreciated the parking available at the hotel. The hotel also has a very big gym with varied equipment.
My room was quite small, it felt crowded. There was no closet to hang clothes. Beds felt too small, so more space would have been beneficial.

The hotel's location offers a beautiful viewpoint of the River Thames. It provides convenient walking access to Richmond Park in one direction and Richmond town center in the other.

Check-in was quick and the staff were ready to help us. The 144 restaurant inside the hotel was very nice and the food Divine
The pricing felt expensive, and I saw some overcharging on my bill. All inclusive breakfast was excellent but I had to pay extra for a cappuccino or latte :/

the Georgian Cosy Single room i had was pretty small, a real squeeze. i did miss having a mini fridge too. the price felt a bit steep considering the size of the room. the bathroom was not so good, almost like a cubicle.
