wonderful teamperfect foodamazing show
the team worked wonderfully. food and service were perfect. i visited a show titled 'night of the musicals', it was amazingly good. the spa facilities rounded off a chilled weekend.

I experienced an really good sports massage at the spa. The therapist was highly skilled and delivered a deeply restorative treatment (i felt amazing afterwards!). The setting was calm and professional, this created a perfect environment. The garden restaurant offered excellent food and pleasant staff.
The women's changing room needs some attention. Many of the lockers were broken, and shampoo had run out. A basket for used towels would help keep the room tidy.

i stayed for business a week. the food is excellent. the main dining room offers a culinary experience. the rooms are very nice. the bed was comfortable. the a/c in the room worked well. the surroundings appear superb with ample parking.
i arrived on a friday. the wifi did not work in my room. it was relevant to the staff who never checked on me. there is paper thin walls. i heard a family conversation from next door.

jessie is a great listener, polite, understanding, and supportive. the spa receptionist on saturday evening had great customer service. she was friendly, polite, helpful, and patient. isobelle is the best massage therapist i ever had.

the sports deep tissue massage at the spa was excellent with isabelle. the massage was tailored, firm, focused, and effective. every knot and tight area was worked through with expertise and care. this left me feeling looser and lighter.

the hotel offered a dancing queen brunch party. it was a wonderful experience for a special birthday celebration. everyone was singing and dancing from the start. the event featured a singer, dancers, and a d. j. all were amazing.

the grounds are amazing. the location is a little out of town, so a car is needed. the staff are friendly, a plus. there are no vending machines for water in the room at night.

grounds nice, but a lot need improving
poor wifimould dispenser
the wifi was rubbish in my suite. i actually had work thing to do, so i had to use a meeting room. the staff didn't seem bothered that i couldn't use the suite that i had booked. there was also green slime and mould coming out of the bath dispenser, eurgh. they did not ask if i needed anything during the massage, i did not like that.

the gardens are beautiful. they are quiet and well-kept. the pool was warm, so it was very relaxing. the spa area was clean.
I found the scrambled eggs not great. the staff at breakfast could have been more friendly. there were only two pillows per person for the bed. This seemed tight for a four-star hotel.

broken cabinetstained carpet
check in was a hassle, there was a qr code situation. i had sight problems and i'm no mobile expert. lucky for me, my daughter helped me. the room needed updating with a broken bedside cabinet. also there was a stain on the carpet. it was not wow at all.
