Nicola at the restaurant. She was cute and ensured my needs were fulfilled. Mara served us delicious pancakes with superb service during breakfast. I found her help brightened my day. The room had everything I needed for a restful night and the shower was great too.
I found the children's swim times quite restrictive. I was unable to use the pool due to this limitation. The parking fee was also quite high.

Good Hotel With A Few Quirks

I enjoyed the on-site restaurant as it provided many breakfast choices. The hotel gym had various equipment so i could continue my routine. The staff were helpful. They assisted with my requests promptly.
The room service was slow. It took a while for them to answer calls sometimes.

The staff was lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. Reception was helpful and sorted out my requests without issues. Thushi really goes above and beyond to ensure i enjoyed my stay.

The gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes so it meets basic needs. The pool was clean and refreshing providing a good spot for relaxation. I saw they also have free parking available if you register at reception.

i found breakfast to be excellent. mara, who worked at breakfast, was amazing and ensured i saw all vegetarian options available! leah at reception was professional, she handled a query i raised well. the gym is tidy.

the pool area was good but it could use an extra hand rail to help get in and out of pool.
