i found the location convenient. it sits near many attractions. shops and theaters are easily accessible. underground stations provide further connectivity. the proximity to chinatown and soho was a plus.
the room was clean. however, the reception area felt a bit small upon arrival.

i arrived and the staff was super friendly and enthusiastic. they let me into my room early, great after a long trip. wiktoria, kayla, and the manager were awesome and very helpful. the room had enough space and was generally quiet.
the furniture felt a little worn, and the carpets were also a bit worn.

the staff was friendly and they were so attentive. glass water bottles were provided each day. we found a nespresso machine in our room. there was actual room enough for me and two other people to move around in the junior suite which was great.
i experienced little noise coming from the lively nightlife in the area. soundproofing wasn't optimal and this affected my rest.
