the location was certainly convenient for getting around the area.

i was disappointed the concierge phone wasn't answered promptly. i had heavy luggage and needed assistance and no one seemed available. additionally, the barman seemed abrasive when i ordered a drink he didn't recognize i found this quite unpleasant

the room looked clean, but closer inspection revealed some issues. housekeeping barged in while i was trying to nap. also, the purple bar was closed. i guess it is now just a storage room.

Abhi at the front desk provided a seamless check-in. He were really nice too ensure my stay was excellent. The hotel features stylish decor. The concierge team was very helpful .

I found adjusting the lighting next to the mirrors a bit difficult. It would be nice to increase the brightness in that area. This impacted getting ready at the mirror.

victoria, the reception manager, helped me select the perfect room. the team promptly answered all my questions. the hotel is just off oxford street, which gives easy access to many roads. i also extend my thanks to elena for her grace. the location is away from the noisy street, but close enough to walk everywhere (i loved this detail).

a deposit was taken, and though it was refunded, the initial experience caused concern. i hope they can streamline this process .

I found the hotel easy to access from main roads. The room was ready upon arrival and check in didn't take too much time. I thought the hotel was good and I had no real problems.

There was some noise from outside during the night. The hallway near my room felt a bit dark.
