The check-in was so smooth, i got my room ready earlier than expected. the staff was friendly, and the room was clean. I loved the fresh bed linen! breakfast was lovely too, and the cooked options were delicious.
i did notice the sound insulation wasn't great, i could hear some noise from the hallways. it was a bit distracting when i was trying to relax.

The room was spacious and quite comfortable with practical shelves. It was great! the air conditioning worked perfectly, and kept the room at a pleasant temperature. the bed was comfortable too.

I enjoyed the pool a lot. It was very clean! the jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna were all well kept and relaxing. i think the fish tank in the reception area looks very nice, though the space looks narrow for these large fish.

I found the staff friendly, especially in reception! The bar area was so inviting and the cleaning crew did an amazing job. The hotel decorations for Christmas added such a festive touch, I loved it. The location suited our trip perfectly and the aquarium was a hit with my kid!
