I loved my superior twin room! it was spacious and had such a modern design. the views were superb (i spent ages just gazing out the window). the location was great. It was so easy to get around and explore the city. the staff were very friendly and efficient.
the rooftop bar was closed, sadly. (i was really looking forward to it!)

the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section for relaxation. there is also a sauna (a total plus!).

I appreciated the fast check-in and check-out processes. The breakfast was fantastic (I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries). The room was spacious and located on a high floor, level 34. It provided a great view of the surrounding area. I found the rustic look of the hotel very appealing.

The hotel provides convenient access to transport links, including the Jubilee line. I was able to walk to several shopping centers nearby. The surrounding area felt safe, even late at night.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and i found the coffee really good. The dining area on the 38th floor had superb views. The restaurant staff worked hard to maintain cleanliness and order.

crowded breakfast areapoor cleaning
i was a bit let down . the breakfast area felt really crowded. it was hard to find a free table at times. the room wasn't cleaned very well one day. i noticed some hairs on the bathroom floor that weren't mine it wasn't a very pleasant experience.

I really liked the shower in the middle of the room, and the glass wall could be made opaque for privacy. This was a very modern touch. the hotel was also very close to the canary wharf tube station, a great convenience. breakfast was good, i just wished there were some waffles. or pancakes.
