the location was great for exploring popular attractions, an easy walk to many places! the room was modern and had ample space for my belongings. the breakfast buffet offered a very wide selection of food, ensuring there was something for everyone.
I found the extra charges for wifi a bit annoying. Especially considering the hotel's rating.

the room included a desk, a sofa, and plenty of mirrors, this allowed for good functionality and comfort. there were also two wardrobes providing a lot of wardrobe space. the beds were really comfy ensuring a good night's sleep.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Access to stores and attractions is very easy.
I found the minibar fridge empty, that diminished the feeling of luxury I expect. The hotel also did not promptly replenish amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste! One night I waited two hours for a toothbrush. Eventually, staff informed me they were out of dental kits and I had to wait until the next day.

The room was modern. It included a spacious closet with many drawers to store clothes. The bathroom was big. Usually you don't see this in many hotels. Staff members were always greeting guests. Rimel in particular was helpful.
The soundproofing was not great. It was noticeable.

the staff was attentive. i felt safe with the new hotel facilities. breakfast had many choices. andre helped me and offered to arrange a taxi daily, he even knew my name.
I wished the pool opened earlier for lap swimming. 8 Am is late.
