the room had a spacious layout a comfortable bed and soft bedlinen. there was also a nespresso machine with tea and coffee. the bathroom offered good shower pressure and a plentiful water supply daily.
i found the pillows to be all feather. synthetic pillow options were not available in the room. having at least one synthetic pillow available should be standard.

the swimming pool area features several pools and a whirlpool. guests also have access to a towel station and a bar. changing facilities include showers and i particularly enjoyed the soaps offered there.

our executive king room on the 31st floor offered lovely views. the room provided a nespresso coffee machine and a kettle complete with tea and coffee. the bathroom had a shower with very good water pressure.
the evening meals were at a pub next to v hotel. the meals were also at the palace next door where neil helped us. this meant leaving the hotel.

the 7th-floor swimming pool area featured plenty of sun loungers. different pools are available for use with a towel station. the changing facilities included showers plus salt and mud soaps, which are excellent quality.

i celebrated my wedding anniversary during an eight nights stay, my third visit. check-in flowed smoothly, and the executive king room was on the 31st floor. the room was very spacious, clean, and included a comfortable bed, soft bedlinen, and a nespresso coffee machine. the bathroom features a shower with good pressure.
communication felt insufficient prior to arrival. i booked a club room but was not informed the club lounge would be closed. a small area was arranged in the restaurant instead. the club service was disappointing.

the staff in the lounge and the restaurant are excellent. i found that gyan, sandeep, and the rest of the team were very attentive. neil, at the palace, provided great food and service.
