warm atmosphere delicious dishes
The Leventara Restaurant offered a wonderful iftar experience. The ramadan setup created a warm atmosphere, a special place to break the fast (the decorations were gorgeous!). The chef created delicious, perfectly prepared dishes with a variety of tastes.
I experienced a very slight delay when trying to charge some of my expenses to the room.

delicious food beautiful beach close promenade
The buffet at the Laventara restaurant was AMAZING!!! The food had great taste. The beach is beautiful and close to the hotel. The promenade is nearby.
One of the elevators experienced a slight malfunction. Only one was working.

amazing experience!
great reception sweet carolina
abigail and sarandip at reception were great. sarandip helped us get settled and looked after my son, he had been unwell. the valet parking guys showed hospitality. carolina helped us from day one until the last day. she was sweet and professional.
the kids club wasn't great. one staff member spoke rudely to the children. the staff member looked annoyed when we entered the playground. she told us not to touch the toys and repeatedly asked us to leave the play area.

excellent amenities
superb location very nice service spacious rooms
during my stay, the location was superb with only 50 meters to the beach. all staff members provided very nice, on-time service. the rooms were spacious and always crystal clean. the kids loved the pool, and an attendant was always present.

Average Stay with Some Issues
The main restaurant provided a great food variety.
The staff seemed unprofessional. It was like I was bothering them with requests. When I called reception from the elevator area, the person on the line was impolite and unclear.

charmed by really good service
warm hospitality excellent service
I found the rooftop bar above eleven offered expertly crafted cocktails and warm hospitality (the bartenders really know their stuff!). i also appreciated the seamless event coordination on the west beach terrace. It provided a fine backdrop for networking. everything ran smoothly because of the attentive staff and excellent service.
the main pool was surprisingly cramped, a bit disappointing. i also noted the changing rooms lacked private changing cubicles. this made it difficult to get dressed after showering.

the hotel boasts a heated pool with a pool bar and its own private beach area. guests also have access to free sunbeds and cabanas, complete with towels, sun protection, aloe gel, oil and water. internet access is complimentary throughout the premises, even extending to the beach.

friendly staff smooth check-in fun activities empty reception pizza shortage no room cleaning
The staff members were very friendly. Check-in was smooth because of Abdelrahmane. The hotel included fun activities for my two teens.
The reception desk was empty upon arrival. I had to wait ten minutes for assistance. The Italian restaurant was out of pizzas at 10:30 pm. This was very nice. There was no room cleaning at evening.
