The Leventara Restaurant offered a wonderful iftar experience. The ramadan setup created a warm atmosphere, a special place to break the fast (the decorations were gorgeous!). The chef created delicious, perfectly prepared dishes with a variety of tastes.
I experienced a very slight delay when trying to charge some of my expenses to the room.

great receptionsweet carolinarude staff
abigail and sarandip at reception were great. sarandip helped us get settled and looked after my son, he had been unwell. the valet parking guys showed hospitality. carolina helped us from day one until the last day. she was sweet and professional.
the kids club wasn't great. one staff member spoke rudely to the children. the staff member looked annoyed when we entered the playground. she told us not to touch the toys and repeatedly asked us to leave the play area.

superb locationvery nice servicespacious rooms
during my stay, the location was superb with only 50 meters to the beach. all staff members provided very nice, on-time service. the rooms were spacious and always crystal clean. the kids loved the pool, and an attendant was always present.

I found the rooftop bar above eleven offered expertly crafted cocktails and warm hospitality (the bartenders really know their stuff!). i also appreciated the seamless event coordination on the west beach terrace. It provided a fine backdrop for networking. everything ran smoothly because of the attentive staff and excellent service.
the main pool was surprisingly cramped, a bit disappointing. i also noted the changing rooms lacked private changing cubicles. this made it difficult to get dressed after showering.

The staff members were very friendly. Check-in was smooth because of Abdelrahmane. The hotel included fun activities for my two teens.
The reception desk was empty upon arrival. I had to wait ten minutes for assistance. The Italian restaurant was out of pizzas at 10:30 pm. This was very nice. There was no room cleaning at evening.
