adequate stay WITH shortcomings
breakfast choice clean suite spacious room impolite staff lost clothes unprofessional behavior
I thought the breakfast choices were plentiful. i REALLY enjoyed them. we were upgraded to a suite since it was my birthday. The room is very clean and spacious. it felt PERFECT for our family with stroller.
some of the staff was VERY impolite. SOME of my clothes and charger were left in my room at the time of check out, and we called them in 45 minutes. they could trace only half of my clothes. UNPROFESSIONAL behavior.

an absolute oasis of calm
attentive staff serene haven immaculate beach adjustable lights
The staff was ever so attentive, especially basit. He elevated our stay to something quite beautiful. the room provided unlimited space. It feels like a serene haven. i found the beach close, always kept impeccably clean. the lights were so easy to adjust with the panel, always creating just the right mood.

good breakfast selection temperature controlled pool palm sea view unhappy staff noisy room
The breakfast had a great selection of different dishes. the live station also had a good selection of different egg dishes. i liked that the pool is temperature controlled. This allowed me to sit on the relaxing loungers in the water anytime. the sea facing room faced into the palm. I could see all the developments within the palm.
Some of the staff seemed unhappy and did not assist me much. i had issues checking in, though i messaged ahead about my late arrival. It was noisy starting at 6am.

The beautiful room balcony sea view was really nice. the beach was clean. The pool was too. the food was heavenly. I especially liked the buffet.
