The hotel staff was consistently friendly and ready to assist. I found the direct beach access very convenient. Breakfast had a large selection of food. Pool areas are nice with fantastic views overlooking the private beach.
I noticed some minor wear and tear in the room, such as small scratches on the furniture.

I found the adult cabana pool perfect. It was so relaxing. there were always plenty of sunbeds available. i really enjoyed the food at breakfast. It could not be faulted.

The breakfast buffet offered a great selection. There were many options available including local dishes. The staff were helpful too.
Housekeeping was not great. My room seemed to only have the bed made and a few things straightened. I also saw dust under the mattress that seemed to have been there for days

the hotel offers a wonderful escape with its east side palm location. rooms offer great decor plus a large, luxurious bathtub. breakfast service was well-managed. la coco features amazing live singing.
the smart tv connection was unreliable though.
