The staff was very helpful. They provided a clothes rack before i even asked, a great help. Water was refilled for free, so I didn't have to worry. THE staff was always cute. I enjoyed the convenience.
The pool area seemed a bit small, I had to wait to find available beds.

the room was spacious and comfortable. i found all the necessary amenities. the air conditioning was effective, a real plus during the hot weather. i also enjoyed the well-equipped gym, it offered a great view , made my workouts much better.
The hot water system was not reliable . the fridge in my room also did not work. This was inconvenient.

breakfast offered many choices. the fresh egg station was a highlight, i liked starting my day there. i also appreciated the attentive servers, they were quick to clean tables. it was always a good dining experience.

the hotel is close to the airport, it was convenient. a complimentary shuttle goes to kite beach daily, i used this service once. the shuttle ride was only about twenty minutes long. it made getting around easy

the breakfast selection had a great variety. it certainly met my expectations.
i booked a city view room twin beds. i was given a room with significant road noise from outside. i could also hear everything from the adjacent room. clearly, the sound isolation is severely lacking.

repetitive breakfast
The breakfast felt repetitive after a few days. More variety would have been welcome. The staff generally seemed overworked. They were polite, though sometimes slow to respond to requests. I found that somewhat impacted the overall experience. I was not completely satisfied. It was a mixed bag.

the staff were very helpful. they always refilled our water for free. i asked for a clothes rack and they gave me one before i even asked! i rarely give all fives but this staff tripped over themselves to help and serve.
the hot water wasn't good at all. the fridge in the room didn't work either. it's far from public transport.
