Good value stay!
helpful staff comfortable beds
The staff were friendly. Ahsan at reception was very helpful. The room included comfortable beds. The hotel location makes it easy to find a metro station nearby. I really liked this spot. I got tasty breakfast each morning. Manorama at reception even helped me recover a lost shirt with money after I checked out. The hotel deserve praise.
The hotel did not offer pre-check-in flexibility. I asked to check in early. The hotel also did not accommodate other requests. I found this disappointing.

The hotel offered a rooftop pool which was a good amenity. The pool has comfortable loungers . I enjoyed the convenience to sit down and relax there during day. The pool was a good spot.

indian dishes mini fridge old furniture inconsistent hot water
i found the breakfast options good the indian dishes were tasty. i also appreciated that the room had a mini fridge it was useful for keeping drinks cold.
the furniture seemed a bit old some pieces had visible wear. also the hot water in the shower was inconsistent i had trouble adjusting the temperature.

I was very pleased with the spacious room. It was super clean and well-appointed. the bed offered extreme comfort. i valued the complimentary water and toiletries, alongside the fully stocked minibar. the staff was attentive. i also appreciated the convenient location close to transport links.
The building appears slightly aged. the aesthetic presentation is well maintained.

the reception staff offered helpful service with a cute attitude. sunanda provided early check-in, a very nice touch, and gave excellent guidance about local areas, she showed great attention. the housekeeping team cooperated well.

I had a really lovely stay. the hotel's location made it easy to walk to nearby indian restaurants and the market. i was given a suite room. It provided a great space. the bathroom was clean, and the room service was quick and efficient.
the safe in my room was not working when i arrived. it needed to be replaced, it took a day to get a new one installed and bolted. it was inconvenient to have to wait for it.

amazing hotel experience!
clean room spacious room helpful staff tasty food
I just had the BEST time here! sahil rajput really helped us. He arranged the rooms exactly how we needed them. our rooms were HUGE and sparkling clean! the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! so many choices and everything was super tasty.
honestly, the only thing i can even think of is that finding the parking spot was a little tricky the first day, but it was sorted out super fast!
