I found the location very convenient. it was close to the mall and the khalifah tower. The staff was friendly and helpful. mr mohammed at the reception was especially kind. he provided excellent service . the overall experience was very positive. the room was comfortable.
The spa facilities required a day fee. i found this odd, as most five-star hotels include this in their offerings. the lady at the spa was not helpful in finding a suitable option. This was a minor inconvenience.

crowded poolstreet noise
the pool looked amazing in pictures, but i found it was really crowded. there were few sunbeds available, it was hard to find a spot. breakfast was often a hectic experience and unorganized, it took a long time for simple orders like cappuccinos. the room i stayed in, a scene coastal room, was nice but the street noise at night bothered me. maybe this place looks better online than it really is, it is not a five stars.
