My room was clean! It also felt large. The rooftop pool was nice and I found enough loungers available. The staff I encountered were quite friendly.
The check-in time felt late at 3 pm. I waited for a long time to get my room, this was not ideal. The breakfast experience was not great because it was overcrowded. There were long waiting times to be seated, twice.

The hotel location proved very convenient near public transport. I found friendly staff who always offered quick assistance. The valet service was fast. My car was always ready promptly. I noticed the hotel maintained very clean premises.

I found the breakfast options to be of great quality. I was impressed with the taste. The location allowed quick trips to main tourist locations.
The check-in process needs improvements. There was a wait time upon arrival. I also observed that the bed was not as comfortable as I was expecting. The mattress was like a spring mattress.
