superb stay
gorgeous room comfy bed convenient golf carts prompt housekeeping
the room was gorgeous the shower and bath setup was amazing water pressure was really good too the bed was super comfy so was the sitting area the outdoor space was lovely peacocks roamed around. the gondolas were a relaxing way to travel the complex floating around was nice golf carts were convenient for specific destinations. the grounds are perfectly kept the lagoon is fantastically arranged the cocktail hour was a treat. housekeeping promptly replenished items.
at checkout i felt a bit uncomfortable when i requested a slightly later checkout the staff acted as if they were fully booked despite online availability it was resolved but felt a little awkward.

the resort provided services , made leaving unnecessary everything was conveniently located. the natural setting felt unique beautiful gardens featured diverse trees waterways and a variety of birds creating a relaxing environment.

gondolas offered a very relaxing and unique way to navigate around the resort. golf carts provided quicker more direct transportation when needed. the aperitifs added a special touch providing a relaxing atmosphere before dinner each evening.

housekeeping was efficient in replenishing supplies we especially needed this. the staff in villa were amazing nothing was too much trouble for them. all staff interactions were consistently friendly helpful and professional.

the room had a fantastic layout the water pressure in the shower was great. the bed was very comfortable and large. the outdoor area was lovely complete with wandering peacocks. a bidet was available in the room.

i resided in a malakiya 2-bedroom complimentary aperitifs exclusive pools villa butler airport transfer & wild wadi waterpark(TM) access. it had good pools. the villa provided really good butler service. The hotel area is extensive, offering blessed villa services with snacks, cocktails, and wine during the warm season. buggy service was quick and friendly. The abra service provided amusement.
the check-in process lacked speed. the air conditioning seemed warm. the butler had unavailability within the villa.
