wide selectionexcellent foodconvenient shuttledistant location
the resort was superb and the ability to access each hotel's amenities was a huge plus. restaurant choices were plentiful and satisfied everyone, from my 5-year-old to my 70-year-old relatives. kinara, white orchid, and sette were our favorite dinner spots!!! tamr and sandbar were convenient for lighter lunches. the shuttle made getting around the resort very easy!!!
the location requires a taxi to reach attractions. while the distance creates a super calm place, it may be inconvenient for frequent trips to explore.

all pools were heated and had ample sun loungers around each pool and at the beachfront. pool towels were also readily available . the grounds and gardens are meticulously maintained and quite picturesque.

the resort is a taxi ride from attractions, around 35-40 mins. if you want to relax in a beautiful resort with excellent restaurants and entertainment, this is an awesome location. it offers a peaceful retreat.

the buggy service around the hotel was acceptable and quite helpful for getting around the large resort grounds
i found the location quite inconvenient it felt isolated given its distance from tourist attractions like the dubai mall it took a significant amount of time to travel anywhere worthwhile. the lack of immediate access to key sights really detracted from the experience

the room size was spacious the bathroom had two separate sinks i stayed in a sea view junior suite. the grounds were well maintained with peacocks roaming the pools had plenty of sunbeds and space
the resort is a bit far from the city center , made travel slightly inconvenient

The service was really good throughout my stay. Every team member strived to deliver an excellent experience. From buggy drivers to housekeeping, each person aimed to ensure comfort. The concierge team was responsive, and reception answered every question I had. Lakshan, Azan, Wissam, and Delia from food service deserve special mention.
The unprecedented rains caused a bit of disruption shortly after I arrived. This confined me indoors for a couple of days.

The staff were helpful. They assisted me with every request. The room service was prompt. The butler service organized activities for me. It made everything easier.
The beach was not very clean. There was some mud. The water near the beach also looked muddy. I think the beach needs more maintenance.
