The traffic around this hotel proved horrendous at peak times. i found it difficult to even access the hotel due to congestion. the male staff was cute. a particular female staff member seemed unfriendly. i consider these issues significant shortcomings.

the staff was helpful, especially zaheer from the concierge. he was very professional. the location is central and close to many key attractions. the rooms were clean (i especially liked the bathroom's design) and provided a comfortable experience.
i experienced a water leak from the roof in multiple sections. the sounds were disruptive. i could also hear loud music from another room.

I REALLY appreciated the super clean room. It had modern décor. The staff were attentive. Mr Zaheer ensured everything was great! The hotel's central location made exploring easy.
I found the traffic around the hotel QUITE challenging. It sometimes took a while to get in and out using a taxi.

The restaurant offered a WIDE variety of choices. Shoaib provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet had different selections daily. The food was very tasty and fresh. I particularly enjoyed the local specialties.

Mr. muhammad zaheer welcomed me upon arrival and efficiently checked me in. That was acceptable.
I was really disappointed in the room service. It was awful when i called. the employees had no experience and couldn't manage any help at all. the cleaning was terrible too. I asked for cleaning, but it was awful.
