The restaurant service really tested my patience. waiting ages for someone to notice me, then the coffee arrived nearly after i finished my breakfast! the buffet system mixed with a la carte was confusing, especially at dinner. i swear the qr code menu was designed to baffle. Even after scanning it, i felt more lost. plus, not many kid-friendly buffet options made meal times with the little ones a bit of a challenge.

the two bedroom king suite offered amazing views of both the sea and the landscape. the layout and size of the suite worked well for two couples traveling with a baby. kitchen facilities included a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, and a fridge freezer. these amenities proved very convenient with a young child.

room service and maintenance were difficult to contact, some calls went unanswered. i found a bug in the water boiler, and the coffee machine was not clean. the pillow had a noticeable food odor, it made me question the thoroughness of the room preparation.

the hotel includes two large pools, one designated for adults and one for children. i observed complimentary shuttle bus service to the mall of the emirates and the dubai mall, it is convenient. breakfast offered both buffet and à la carte options.
