shower leak cold coffee
Breakfast had many different buffet options and unlimited freshly prepared set menus.
The shower leaked from the seal. I mentioned it, but nothing happened, so water was everywhere. The poolside app for ordering was slow. It took almost an hour to get drinks! all the coffees I had were cold, so I had to order from Starbucks instead.

lovely accommodation
quick service reception team
the staff offered quick luggage service. i also found the reception team active and helpful. they have tasty food available at the restaurant. the hotel room was also very big and clean.
the building is old and that is noticeable. i found no hot water available in the shower. i was also shocked because of mosquitoes in the room.

the apartment had three toilets and good beds. cleanliness was excellent throughout the apartment. the room size was larger than expected, so i had enough space for my luggage.

there is a pool and a jacuzzi on site. there is a private beach available with enough beach chairs. access to the beach is free, so i don't need to worry about extra costs.

some issues
inconsistent hot water slow app
I found some disappointing aspects. the hot water was inconsistent. It would turn cold after only a short shower, lasting about five minutes. additionally, the pool app for ordering food and drinks was very slow. it took almost an hour to receive our drinks after ordering, and it wasn't busy at the time. this made enjoying poolside service difficult.

daily cleaning creative towels convenient shuttle
I appreciated the daily cleaning. Ramjan Akbar made creative towel art. It was easy to get a taxi there. I also used the free shuttle to the Mall of the Emirates.
