convenient location! great value

The hotel offered a free shuttle to jumeirah beach residence. It ran three times daily. the rooftop pool provided amazing views of burj al arab and the burj khalifa skyline. the room i had was spacious and clean. I found this really useful.
the breakfast options were somewhat limited, it felt a little repetitive after a few days.

Server arjit was very friendly and helpful at breakfast. He always remembered what my kids wanted. the restaurant staff accommodated different nationalities, which i consider thoughtful. prabha, avijth, pratik, ali, genifer and saima delivered perfect service.

the hotel is opposite the insurance market metro station, so access to public transport is simple. its location along the main strip made trips to business bay and dubai marina easy. the airport was also easy to travel to and from.

The staff were professional and service-oriented. This contributed a lot to my overall satisfaction. aftab at the front house was friendly, and housekeeping on the fourth floor was responsive. i received attentive service from suliman and siraj.

The hotel features a rooftop pool open from 8 am to 11 pm. This offered a relaxing experience. i had access to free beach towels and complimentary breakfast. an extra bed was provided at no cost when traveling with kids.

the staff at the restaurant were excellent. i especially want to mention abhijeet, prabha, and chef birender. they took great care of us and accommodated my daughter's food preferences. it was a pleasure, and i hope to return soon.
the breakfast options were quite limited and disappointing. it seemed like a waste of money. the rooms also seemed overpriced considering it was gulfood season.

the hotel staff were quick to find taxis. they provided advice for nearby coffee. complimentary water was always available. the metro station right outside greatly helped with transport.
i experienced noise coming from traffic. it could be heard from the bedroom. non-smoking rooms are necessary to avoid cigarette smoke.
