the location feels very convenient to me. the staff seemed helpful, with ramy doing a wonderful job at check-in. i loved the breakfast options, very delicious and full. anish, the housekeeping boy, was dutiful and sweet to us.
the shower was not too comfortable, the floor was always wet after i showered. also, the hand shower keeps falling, not so good.

the room has comfortable climate control. the room was spacious and neat. there is a safe and tea in the room, lovely for relax after a day. windows do not open.

the reception provides a warm welcome. the staff are respectful, attentive, and they addressed my needs quickly. 24-hour service helps to know assistance is always available. there is a shuttle to the beach, so nice.

the breakfast buffet had variety. the chef created delicious food. i even got a birthday cake, a very sweet gesture. there is a sushi restaurant in the hotel with lunch and dinner offers, awesome.

the room was clean and tidy , the location was a short walk to the metro and the breakfast was really good. the saturday night arabian bbq buffet offered great food and real value. staff members were helpful , especially osama , hamid at the front desk , and abhishek from housekeeping.
the gym was too small. i think they should invest a bit more and make it bigger. guests need to have more equipment for daily workout.

the receptionists were always available and at my service. house keeping provided really good cleaning services throughout my stay. i was impressed with the team's commitment to ensure guest comfort. they were quick to resolve any issues that came up.
