helpful staff kind person customer focus strong smell food smell ac air
the hotel staff were helpful. sumitra at reception was very kind. they focused on customers. the location is a main selling point (it is near the dubai mall).
i noticed a strong food smell in my room. this smell looked mornings and evenings. i think this is due to the ac air mixing with something from the kitchen. it was not very pleasant.

clean apartment comfortable bed equipped kitchen poor gym unavailable machines distant metro
the apartment was clean. it was cleaned every day and i had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. the beds were really comfortable. the kitchen was well equipped if i needed to make meals.
The gym is poor for a hotel like this one. several machines are not available, so i could not complete my exercise routine. the hotel is far from the business bay metro station. It's about 3 kilometers. this means i needed a cab each time to get to the train station.

i loved how clean the studio panorama view was. it felt spacious and well kept. the kitchenette was a huge plus, it allowed me to prepare simple meals. the bus service to popular spots like dubai mall was also very convenient.

The staff was helpful, especially with directions and arranging taxis. They always had a smile. i appreciated their attentiveness. their assistance made navigating the area easier.
