A DREAMY Harbor stay
prime location harbor view punctual housekeeping comfortable bed
the LOCATION allowed easy access to Gastown. many spots were walkable from the hotel. The room afforded a HUGE view of the harbor. Housekeeping was punctual and thorough. I found seven soft pillows and a king bed. there was coffee and a fridge for my use.
i thought the walls were VERY thin. i could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

bartenders at the lobby bar were very friendly. the team was always ready with recommendations and a smile. they were attentive to all requests, I needed a blanket and someone brought it up in 5 minutes.

scenic walks public transportation convenient access
I had a VERY pleasant stay. The location is superb, with convenient access to nearby shopping and dining options. The hotel offers easy access to public transportation. the proximity to the harbour provides opportunities for scenic walks.
The gym had few treadmills so it was sometimes necessary to wait.

The room had luxurious bedding. Fluffy towels and robes were in the room. Lavazza coffee, high-end teas, and complimentary bottled water were available. The room included a fridge and access to an ice machine.

regular twin clean bathroom cruise line
the location is excellent if you are going on a cruise. i requested a rollaway bed, and it was a regular twin size. the bathroom was clean , and the shower was great. the hotel offers a service to bring your bags to the cruise line , but it is easy to take them yourself.
the frequency of the hot tub closures meant i could not use it .

convenient location shuttle service nice touch cigarette smoke few towels missing slippers
the hotel location was convenient with nearby restaurants. it provided a free shuttle service to the capilano suspension bridge. this short tour added a nice touch to the trip.
the bathroom smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. there were only three towels available in the room. slippers to wear to the pool were absent, something i expect from a hotel of this level.

the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower (so useful for getting ready). i used the robes and an umbrella that were provided in the room.
the elevators were slow, and sometimes it took a few minutes to get one.
