The staff members were polite and helpful. The 24-hour check-in was seamless. I appreciated the ample breakfast selection. The location is convenient for accessing metro stations and the historical center. The facilities at the hotel are sufficient for any travel stay.
The pool had a limited capacity for the number of guests.

My upgraded room was very nice. Everything was good at this hotel. I appreciated the clean room (the housekeeping staff maintained it super clean).
The pool is quite shallow, only 1 meters deep.
