The air conditioning in the room did NOT function correctly. Staff checked it, yet it remained ineffective. Some switches were faulty, a MAJOR inconvenience. Breakfast disappointed. The water had an unpleasant taste, and decent coffee cost extra.

I found the location convenient, especially its proximity to the mall. It was only a short walk. The rooms offered plenty of space, especially the bathroom area. AC worked PERFECTLY, maintaining a very comfortable room temperature. Cleaning was also efficient and thorough.

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the beach, a great perk. The gym included three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights, providing ample options for a solid workout.

Really good Stay at This Hotel!

The room size was really oversize! It was laid out well. I even got interconnecting rooms. This made it easier for my family. Breakfast was good at the hotel. The hotel got fast laundry service. Clean towels were also available. A full set of toiletries was provided.

the location was great as it was next to the mall of the emirates. proximity to the shops, metro, car hire services, and many restaurants was convenient, i thought! the rooms had effective blackout curtains which were a dream and i got a good night's sleep despite arriving early. all the staff were cute and efficient in resolving issues. i also recommend the ladies at the salon downstairs.
i found figuring out how to work the tv took longer than expected! though the hotel is impeccably clean, it does show some signs of wear here and there.
