a really good stay

superb locationperfect room sizereally good service
the location was superb I could easily walk to many attractions. the room size suited me perfectly it had more than enough space for my belongings. the service was really good I appreciated the staff's attention to detail and promptness.

I had a few issues that soured things a bit. First, the power sockets at the desk did not work, I find that annoying. Second, while the hotel advertises rooms with a Burj Khalifa view, you really had to crane your neck to the far corner to actually see it, the view was misleading, to be honest.

The reception staff didn't seem to care much. i asked about a room upgrade. Staff were not very helpful. also, they didn't keep me updated, even after i asked several times. it reminded me of they prioritized other guests instead. This was disappointing, and i probably won't stay here again.

The breakfast had many options, and the staff were helpful. It was alright I guess.
The TV placement in the Premier City View Room was terrible. You had to turn your head almost 90 degrees to see it. the hairdryer felt really cheap, and there was no bag for it, annoying.
