The breakfast buffet until 1pm gave us the most relaxing holiday! the beach was marvelous. Nice sea with clean water. good comfy beds were also available.

The hotel checkout process was particularly poor. We had prepaid our full accommodation, so only extras needed settling. the staff member had no record of this and attempted to charge us again for the room.

Breakfast was great and had many choices. The beach was amazing and very relaxing. The concierge Lintang was very helpful. I appreciated her assistance.

One of the staff knocked and entered my room directly after two knocks. This situation was awkward. I suggest asking the reception to be aware of this. It may happen while someone is showering.
