was great
relaxing holiday comfy beds
The breakfast buffet until 1pm gave us the most relaxing holiday! the beach was marvelous. Nice sea with clean water. good comfy beds were also available.
The hotel checkout process was particularly poor. We had prepaid our full accommodation, so only extras needed settling. the staff member had no record of this and attempted to charge us again for the room.

The staff are very cute. Every need is anticipated. i appreciated the butler service. It was a nice touch. the staff went out of their way to assist when asked

Breakfast is very nice and full of choices. the breakfast buffet until 1 pm gave us the most relaxing holiday. The pastries at breakfast were a great treat. dinner at the restaurant was another level

great breakfast amazing beach helpful concierge awkward situation staff entry shower issue
Breakfast was great and had many choices. The beach was amazing and very relaxing. The concierge Lintang was very helpful. I appreciated her assistance.
One of the staff knocked and entered my room directly after two knocks. This situation was awkward. I suggest asking the reception to be aware of this. It may happen while someone is showering.

the staff was eager to assist. the room was spacious, with a king bed and a sofa bed. the balcony offered sea views, a great start to the day. a supermarket and cafe were conveniently located on site, it was very helpful.
it impacted the otherwise tranquil atmosphere, especially during the day.
