the room was big, and the wi-fi was strong. it was stable everywhere, even on the beach. spare towels were clean and readily available. food in the restaurants tasted great. the tv had netflix and hdmi and worked with my macbook.

The bedside lights did not work. In general, the lighting in the room was not very well done. it's the small things that count.

I enjoyed the spacious rooms. It seemed like a true home away from home. The staff always provided prompt service. The multiple pools offered a refreshing escape from the heat. The beach access was convenient for a quick swim.

the gym was somewhat small, so sometimes finding available equipment during peak hours proved a challenge.

staff brought complimentary water and ice to guests at the pool. Housekeeping was available daily and provided excellent service. Front desk staff were helpful with directions and information. i observed that the staff were very attentive.

the staff were attentive and hardworking, going above and beyond. there were thoughtful touches in the bedroom, like flowers, fruit, and bath salts. the pool was wonderful and the beach house provided perfect music.

water was charged during breakfast it would be nice to be informed in advance.

An Acceptable Stay

The beach provided different sitting options around the pool and the beach.

The room temperature was not as per the thermostat. This was my second time experiencing this. The side facing the golf always seems to have issues balancing the temperature. I could not sleep well. It was like 26C. The management should address maintenance as this occurs around the same time each year.

the room was clean. the housekeeping team did a great job with the room. dinner at maté was enjoyable, food was of good quality and portions were satisfying. the location on saadiyat beach is lovely.

the check in process was delayed, the staff couldn't find my name. the key card given was not activated, this delayed my check in experience. i had to wait 45 minutes. the smaller breakfast area didn't have as many vegetarian options.
