The lobby is spacious and well-designed. I found the breakfast to be good with a wide variety of options. The rooms have modern designs and provide superb views.

The minibar was empty upon my arrival, I found this surprising. The television screen in my room was broken, and I was unable to use it. Service at the pool area was slow. It took a long time for my order to arrive.

NO one warned me about it. i would have changed dates of my stay If i had knew. the cleaning service was inconsistent. I needed to ask for shower gel multiple times, even buying it myself Eventually.

I found the staff here to be really good, always ready to help and very attentive. The hotel offered great location with easy access to key attractions in the area. The food options were diverse and delicious, with special requests handled with care. The pool area was a highlight, well-kept and relaxing.

I found the elevator wait times a little long sometimes, particularly during peak hours.

The breakfast was good and the service was acceptable.

My room was not properly prepared upon arrival. I had to request shower gel because it was missing. The control panel emitted a bright blue light at night that I could not turn off. This made it difficult to sleep, and I found it unacceptable.
