the hotel provides a free shuttle to the beach and mall of emirates between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. breakfast offered a very good, large selection. underground car parking was spacious and free. (i especially liked this because i had a rental car).

The breakfast offered many options, and the staff was friendly (especially mohamed from reception!). The free shuttle to the beach and the mall was a great benefit for transportation.
The pool was quite small.

helpful staffexcellent choices
The staff were very helpful . Anne and Shena at the restaurant were pleasant every morning!!! Michael, another restaurant staff member, was friendly. Breakfast choices were also excellent.

Acceptable stay with some issues
canned coffeeearly closure
the breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed and struggled to provide coffee promptly. I noticed the coffee was served from a can. guests reserved sunbeds early with towels, leaving them unoccupied. The pool closed at 3:30 pm, restricting access due to a dinner buffet. this early closure was very disappointing
