mold smell filthy fingerprints
The location was acceptable. I had easy access to transportation.
my room smelled strongly of mold, hard to breathe. the bathroom door was covered in filthy fingerprints, it was just gross! the furniture was old with tears on the side lights.

Excellent Stay with Attentive Service

good care rooftop pool amazing feature front desk service
Shahedul, the room cleaner, provided excellent care. He cleaned promptly and ensured everything was provided. Madu, Ranjan, Sayed, and Rafeek at the front desk offered very nice service. Syed Hafiz and Rajan were very good as well. The rooftop pool is a amazing feature.
The air conditioning was preset and not modifiable which was slightly inconvenient.

Breakfast included a good variety of options, presenting a satisfying start to the day. The dining area was kept tidy and well-stocked. Fresh fruit juices and a selection of pastries were available.

surprisingly good stay!

prompt service convenient location rooftop pool clean room
i appreciated the prompt service from the staff, especially syed, hafis, rajan and madu. the hotel's location near the mall and metro made getting around very easy. i found the rooftop pool to be a great spot to relax and unwind. the housekeeping team kept my room clean throughout my stay.
the decor in some areas felt a little dated, but it didn't detract significantly from my overall experience.

the reception staff including madu, rajan, and praveen were consistently friendly and helpful. room service delivered promptly and efficiently. any requests i had were addressed quickly and effectively by the team.

the rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape with clear, well-kept water. the hotel offered free parking, a valuable amenity. i found the elevators to be quick and readily available, so navigating the floors was simple.

amazing food great location
the breakfast had limited choices, but the food was amazing!!! the location is really great with many restaurants nearby. metro stations are also within walking distance from the hotel.
the water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

convenient location helpful staff good service limited space intermittent wifi automatic barrier
The hotel is near a metro station. This made travel convenient. I found several restaurants close to the hotel. The front office staff was helpful . Syed Hafiz provided particularly good service.
The parking area has limited space. This can be inconvenient. I found the WiFi inside the room to be intermittent. The barriers at the parking did not open automatically for exit and entrance.
