i stayed for several nights. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the gym has multiple treadmills. the sauna and pool were also great to have. dining options made it hard to leave, location is great for the train, and the hotel offers free shuttles.
the policy for room service is to pay in advance. i found this strange for a hotel, and don't think i will repeat my stay.

the front desk staff assisted me promptly with my requests. the housekeeping staff maintained a super clean and well-stocked room daily! the location allowed easy access to various highway exits. the facilities provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience overall.

The room was a Beautiful King Room and was spacious. I found the bed very comfortable. The hotel features pubs and restaurants. I made use of the proximity to the metro station for easy access to local attractions.
The soundproofing could be improved. I could occasionally hear noise from the corridor.

the bathtub had been siliconed poorly. rust was under it. the wall tiles behind the bathtub were blackened around the bottom. facia of the vanity was cracked in two places!!!
