I found the location provided convenient access to nearby attractions. The cleanliness of my room was excellent and added to my overall comfort. The breakfast had various options. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. The staff demonstrated really good hospitality. They were attentive to my needs.
The air conditioning unit made more noise than I expected! though it still cooled the room effectively.

Robina, agnes, and mohamed provided attentive customer service. They followed up on inquiries. tohfa and sella were cute. i found the location good. The metro was within walking distance!
The room was noisy. I could hear cleaners outside. i also didn't like the view from my room. It overlooked the parking area.

Adell's service. She even extended our stay. i especially appreciated mr mohammed at reception. He proved very helpful. the hotel enjoys a convenient location near the metro and readily available cabs. i noticed nice cafes within walking distance.
The air conditioning was not great. It struggled to keep our room cool.

breakfast was indeed a highlight. the rooftop bar was a nice place (i liked the ambiance). proximity to a grocery store just two minutes away on foot was definitely convenient for grabbing quick necessities.
the air conditioning in my room was not functioning optimally. it maintained a temperature of 25 degrees celsius, uncomfortably warm.

The staff was attentive to all requests. I found the beds were very comfortable and clean. Check-in was also fast (this is always appreciated when you are tired after traveling).
The dinner service food options were somewhat limited.

The staff was helpful. SaurAN was hospitable! the manager was helpful. the environment was neat, i saw perfect time management.
the BEDSIDE units were tiny! they joined two single beds to make a double, but the bedside units ended up far from the bed.

the service was very efficient. the location is very convenient near the world trade center metro station. the regular housekeeping maintained the rooms well each day.
i noticed some areas needing more attention. i saw cracked tiles in the bathroom. the towels felt a little thin.
