the breakfast had an amazing spread. the staff was friendly. the restaurant was quite good. i had quite a few meals there.
the hotel put me on the 2nd floor. this happened despite my asking for a high-floor room. i also requested a nice view. i had to request 3 times to be moved to a higher floor.

the breakfast was good with a wide choice of food and good taste. the pool area was clean and inviting. complimentary parking added to the convenience. i found the price and quality to be well balanced. design elements were quite amazing throughout the hotel.
i found the business center services to be a bit limited, with music from a nearby area being quite loud.

the food and beverage team was very helpful especially to my family and me during breakfast. Manisha checked on my children whenever she saw them at the lobby. the available dishes were fresh and tasty.

The hotel's location is superb near the burjuman metro station and burjuman mall. It took only minutes to walk there. two amazing swimming pools are available one is on the first floor and the other is on the 19th floor. breakfast and dinner featured many food choices plus fresh fruits and cakes.
i found that the hotel charges extra for bringing ice to the room this was certainly unusual. otherwise the hotel was great.

The breakfast offered numerous options including delicious eels bread pastries and diverse cuisines. Every dish was tasty and seemed very authentic. the dining hall staff were also kind always greeting everyone with smiles making the experience wonderful.

I found that the hotel is close to local shops a mall restaurants and many tourist sites. It is in a prime location near the city center. the hotel had a clean well maintained exterior and the hotel provides complimentary enclosed parking offering added convenience.

The room had a good size. The bed was comfortable. the bathroom shower was big. I had a view of the city from my room. The room was calm, so resting was very good.
I noticed that the hotel was on a busy road. The traffic noise was awful. I moved twice, but the noise still traveled. The internet was not free, neither was the ice.
