fantastic stay near the mall!
cute staff sewing kit really good cleaning comfortable stay
The staff was cute! vanessa provided me with a sewing kit when i needed it. This. the room cleaning was also really good. i felt comfortable every single day of my stay.
The check-in took a little longer than expected. It was a bit delayed until 4 pm, but this was only a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast had a good variety of options, and seating was easy to find. The croissants were surprisingly delicious. i did not expect this level of quality. I was very impressed with the dining experience here.

pleasant stay near the mall
perfect size clean room great location
I stayed one week with my mother. the size of our room was perfect, and it was very clean. the hotel location was great. It's near two metro stations and emirates mall where we found plenty of shopping options.. we especially loved mr nitin. He ensured we got our breakfast before checking out early. that was appreciated.

the breakfast offered a big variety. i noticed many cafes and restaurants near the hotel. the coffee machine worked smoothly and the tables were cleaned fast plus utensils were available.

the hotel features many parking lots. the large lobby has comfortable sofas and stools. i noticed two metro stations near the hotel and found the emirates mall within walking distance.

The staff was friendly and helpful . nitin arranged for an earlier check-in, which we really appreciated. mudassar helped with our baggages. He was very kind. overall, the reception and concierge staff were warm.

the hotel is within walking distance of mall of emirates. there are many eateries around the area. i also saw the location had convenient access to public transport. it was easy to get around.

musty smell cockroach infestation
The room wasn't very clean. I found a cockroach in the bathroom, and there was a musty smell in the bed. Staff didn't refill personal cleaning supplies daily unless I called them. It was uncomfortable. I expected better for the money

Excellent Staff and Convenient Location
helpful staff convenient location relaxing terrace accessible parking
I found the hotel location very convenient to the metro and a large shopping center. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Freeman and Frank, who assisted with our luggage. The outdoor terrace near the main restaurant was relaxing. I especially enjoyed the accessible parking space. It made traveling with a car simple.
The breakfast options were repetitive. I noticed the same items served daily.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The condition was good with timely service. They responded at the door when I called. The location is excellent, with everything nearby, and I could walk anywhere.
