My early check-in was smooth. The process felt very professional. I liked the bathroom in my waterfront room. It was so comfortable and well-appointed. I especially appreciate the pool attendants. Their superb service made the pool area a true highlight. I savored the constant supply of little drinks and snacks. Room attendants were superb, their attention to detail exemplary!
The bed was quite high, but I adapted quickly.

Staff were great! They really tried to make sure I was happy. My room request was met. I even got a welcome dessert and a note from the guest manager. It was a nice touch.
The hot water was not working properly. It suddenly became hot. I burned my back. The towels also looked old. The room smelled bad.
