slow servicedirty spoons

i encountered some slow service issues i tried to order food through in-room dining and it took over an hour to arrive both for dinner and breakfast. it was quite irritating the spoons provided in the room for stirring coffee was dirty it looked like they had been used before this. i am not sure that i will stay here again

i called reception to notify them of a possible flight change around 6 am on checkout day. the receptionist extended my checkout to 2 pm. i received multiple calls before 2 pm though.
