I loved how friendly the staff were! they helped with all our requests super fast. getting upgraded to a suite when we arrived. It was such a nice surprise. being so close to the zoo was awesome too.
the room could use a bit more attention. the shower didn't work perfectly, and there were a few signs of wear and tear.

Our giraffe arena chalet was super clean, decorated lovely, and spacious. It. dark curtains ensured restful sleep, and we heard no noise. the room provided us with amazing views.

the reception staff were helpful. the duty manager, mr anouar, upgraded our room! he, providing fast check-in. all staff were eager to assist.

the hotel's location right at the zoo is fantastic, we loved it! accessing the zoo was easy. the pool was very clean. there are many snack areas around, so everything is accessible!

dirty poolpoor internet
the pool wasn't very clean. i saw pigeons sitting and their droppings were falling into the pool (through the waterfalls above). the internet connection was also poor. it.
