the hotel location in the al bateen bay was fantastic. we had a family suite and it was big enough to feel at home. food had excellent variety with professional management. i especially thank vishal for his care for our kids. i also appreciate jagath's service by the amazing pool.

The sofa had a slight unpleasant odor. It smelled like it wasn't dried properly after being wet.

the all-inclusive package was disappointing. the food was repetitive, and the options were limited, especially at the pool bar. on several occasions, i had to ask for towels and teabags, the staff would forget. this, who wants to chase down teabags?).

I found this hotel very accessible by car. Valet services worked fast which was useful. The lobby was quiet and beautiful. It made a good first impression. I enjoyed the outdoor seating by the pool, the calming views, and the solid food variety offered at the dinner buffet.
